Artsakh Foreign Minister Artsakh, Davit Babayan, now on a working visit to the U.S., today met in Los Angeles with Armenia Fund, Inc. President Maria Mehranyan and officials of the organization’s board.
Pashinyan, according to his office, referred to the recent Azerbaijani attacks against Armenia undertaken by and the need for a clear and targeted response by the international community.
