
Pashinyan, Michel Discuss Recent Azerbaijani Attacks on Armenia
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and European Council President Charles Michel met in New York today and discussed the situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
Pashinyan, according to his office, referred to the recent Azerbaijani attacks against Armenia undertaken by and the need for a clear and targeted response by the international community.
Pashinyan stressed that Azerbaijan violated international humanitarian law when it targeted the civilian population and infrastructure.
Michel emphasized the importance of settling regional problems via peaceful negotiations and reaffirmed his willingness to promote dialogue and peace.
