Արցախի պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է, որ Իլհամ Ալիևը պատմական փաստերի հերթական կեղծում է կատարել, այս անգամ՝ ԼՂԻՄ-ի ժողովրդագրության մասին:

«Ադրբեջանի նախագահը բռնազավթված Շուշիում հերթական միջոցառման ժամանակ, ի թիվս այլ կեղծ պնդումների, ասել է, որ խորհրդային տարիներին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ինքնավար Մարզում ադրբեջանական բնակչությունը մեծամասնություն էր կազմում, այնինչ իրականությունը ճիշտ հակառակն է:

  1. 1921թ. Ղարաբաղի բռնակցման պահին ադրբեջանական բնակչությունը 4% էր, իսկ հետագա տասնամյակներում՝ ԽՍՀՄ մարդահամարների ցուցանիշներով՝
  • 1926թ.՝ 10.06%,
  • 1939թ.՝ 9.32%,
  • 1959թ.՝ 13.80%,
  • 1970թ.՝ 18.08%,
  • 1979թ.՝ 22.98%,
  • 1989թ.՝ 21.52%:
  1. Բնականաբար, բնակչության մնացած մասը հայեր էին և շատ փոքր տոկոսով՝ այլազգիներ:
  2. Եվ սրանք այն ցուցանիշներն են, որոնք հենց իրենք՝ խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն (այդ թվում՝ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայրը) են հավաքագրել, ուստի, հաստատ, զգալիորեն ուռճացված են:
  3. ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին ԼՂԻՄ-ում ադրբեջանցիների կայուն աճող թիվը պայմանավորված է հայ բնիկ բնակչության դեմ իրականացված սպիտակ ցեղասպանությամբ:
  4. Թող ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները մեկընդմիշտ հիշեն, որ Արցախում երեք հազար տարի շարունակ եղել է բացառապես հայկական ճնշող մեծամասնություն»,- գրել է նա:

Norah Dean you like all the Armenian separatists of Karabakh continue to ignore reality. There is no independent Artsakh state and there never will be, that is just pure fantasy! What there will be is just another province of Azerbaijan. If you cannot live with that then you need to leave while you can with dignity. Make no mistake any still holding such revanchist views will be expelled when the Russians leave in 2 years. Get used to this and plan your itinerary!

What is the point in commenting on anything the Azeris say or do, there should be zero communication from the Armenian side. Although there is no fully agreed international agreement on how small populations become independent from larger countries of which they are a part, the NK Armenians went through the orrect steps to attain independence. What happened was an illegal Azeri attack on an independent country, the Independent Armenian Republic of Nagorno Karabakh. The only way forward is to go back to an independent NK. Not many Azeris really want to live in the cold Highlands, whatever the lying dog Aliyev says. So the Occupied territories of Nagorno Karabakh need to be returned to the government of NK, not to Armenia. That MUST be the starting point for any discussions. It is totally immaterial who recognises or doesn't recognise the independence of NK, or what land the insane morons in Azerbaijan regard as theirs.
