
MP Shirak Torosyan to Leave Republican Party of Armenia Faction
MP Shirak Torosyan, who sits on the Armenian National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, says he'll be leaving the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) faction in parliament.
Torosyan, a member of the Powerful Homeland party, writes in a Facebook post that he’s leaving the faction because his perspective on recent political developments in Armenia differs from that of the RPA
Torosyan says that he might be a Powerful Homeland candidate in snap parliamentary elections scheduled for sometime later this year.
