Minutes ago, the Vanadzor District Court issued a release order for Ashot Manoukyan. Mr. Manoukyan, a member of the HHZh Central Board, had been serving jail time on charges related to the public disturbances of March 1, 2008. He had already served half of his five year sentence. His wife Anahit told Hetq that family and friends were at the jail awaiting his release.
