Yesterday, one day before the official close of the Yerevan municipal election campaign, the "Orinats Yerkir" (Rule of Law) party was handing out small "election gifts" to residents in various parts of the Ajapnyak district of Yerevan. Going door-to-door the OY activists handed out the party's election program and wall clocks to local residents. Party representatives argued that the clocks weren't "election bribes" but rather a "small gift from Mrs. Bisharyan". Heghineh Bisharyan heads the OY's municipal ticket.
