RA National Assembly President Hovik Abrahamyan has officially declared a start date to the long awaited "dialogue" between the government and the opposition HAK.

Abrahamyan has invited the HAK delegation to the Public Council's small meeting hall, located on the sixth floor of the Erebuni Hotel, at 4pm on July 18.
