At a meeting today with school children in the Kashatagh region of Artsakh, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan stated that no one is preparing to return any of the liberated territories.

PM Haroutyunyan said that Kashatagh is not for bargain and that the region is an inseparable part of the Republic of Artsakh.

Regarding the economic development of the region, Haroutyunyan singled out the mining sector and the relatively beneficial conditions that exist for growth in agricultural sector.

He also said that the government was planning to build three more hydro-electric plants in addition for the two already in operation.
