
Pashinyan Appoints Diaspora Affairs Advisers
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan has appointed Vahram Chuguryan and Saro Khodaverdi as commissioners of diaspora affairs in foreign countries.
They will serve as advisers on a non-paid basis.
Khodaverdi served as an adviser to former Armenian Minister of the Diaspora Hranush Hakopyan.
Armenia-native Vahram Chuguryan served as director of the news and journalism section of Radio and Television Slovakia from 2018 to 2022. He’s the author of 100 Years of Silence: The Armenian Genocide. He also served as the spokesman for Slovakia’s national gas transmission network EUSTREAM.
