Following today’s arrest of members of the Combat Brotherhood group on suspicion of illegal arms possession, Armenia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that three armed individuals attempted to enter the Nor Nork police station’s administrative office by detonating a hand grenade.

Two of the attackers were injured in the blast and the third was later detained after a two-hour standoff.

Their motive was not immediately known. 

The Combat Brotherhood denied any involvement in the incident.
