Young Violinist from Armenia Wins Second Place at Hamburg Competition

Davit Babayan from Armenia won second prize at the 2023 International Showcase Music Competition (ISMC) in Group B (Age 12-14) held in Hamburg, Germany.

The ISMC was hosted by the New Jersey Sinfonietta that supports young and talented musicians. Young musicians from nineteen countries participated in the competition.

Babayan is a member of the program financed by Armenia’s Ministry of Education and Culture that supports gifted young musicians.
