Artsakh, Armenian Defense Ministers Discuss Implementation of Russian Peacekeeping Mission
Artsakh Foreign Minister Davit Babayan, now in Yerevan on a working visit, today discussed implementation of the Russian peacekeeping mission with his Armenian counterpart, Vagharshak Harutyunyan.
The two ministers, according to a statement released by Babayan’s office, also discussed military-political processes in the region and humanitarian issues.
They stressed the urgent need to intensify efforts to locate and transfer the bodies of Armenian servicemen killed during last year’s war in Karabakh and the release of all Armenian POWs and hostages being held in Azerbaijan.
