The Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers, Sergei Lavrov and Jeyhun Bayramov, today by phone, discussed implementation of the November 9 Karabakh ceasefire signed by the leaders of Russia, Armenian and Azerbaijan.

The minsters, according to a statement released by Lavrov’s office, also discussed several topical issues on the bilateral international agenda.
