
Artsakh Power Supply System Repaired, Says Russian Official
Colonel Dmitry Perepyolkin, Deputy Head of the Russian Peacekeeping Reconciliation Center in Artsakh, stated today that 40,000 Artsakh residents who had taken refuge in Armenia have returned.
Perepyolkin, at a briefing today at a Russian military field hospital in Stepanakert, said that Russian sappers have cleared 195 hectares and sixty kilometers of roads of explosives.
He said that the country’s power supply system has been completely repaired and electricity has been restored to twelve settlements with a population of 12,000.
