The Armenian Defense Ministry reports that the Azerbaijani military is launching missile and artillery strikes, coupled with the extensive use of drones, to target peaceful settlements, civilian infrastructure, and even civilian vehicles in all major directions of the Artsakh frontline.

Ministry Spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan says Azerbaijan is preparing an assault in the direction of Martuni-Karmir Shuka.

Artsakh Defense Army units are in control of the operational and tactical situation taking appropriate measures to maintain control of the situation, Stepanyan writes.
