Russian Defense Minister Calls on Armenia, Azerbaijan to Respect Ceasefire Obligations

Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu has called on his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts (David Tonoyan and Zakir Hasanov) to abide by their obligations under the October 10 Moscow-brokered humanitarian ceasefire.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Shoygu talked by telephone with the defense ministers of the two countries.
