Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Joseph Borell spoke by phone yesterday and discussed the latest developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.

Mnatsakanyan, according to a statement released by his office, informed Borell about Azerbaijan’s deliberate targeting of peaceful settlements and civilian infrastructure in Artsakh.

Mnatsakanyan also voiced concern over Turkey's direct involvement in Azerbaijan's aggression, including through the deployment of foreign terrorist militants in Azerbaijan, all of which threaten regional stability.
