Armenian PM and Iranian President Discuss Artsakh Fighting
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani today, by phone, discussed the ongoing fighting along the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border.
According to a statement released by Pashinyan’s office, the Armenian PM noted Turkey’s direct involvement in the hostilities.
Rouhani is said to have expressed his concerns about the fighting, much of which is centered in the vicinity of Iran’s northern border.
