Artsakh Defense Minister, Commander of the Defense Army Lieutenant General Karen Abrahamyan today met with Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan.  

At the meeting, which was attended by Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council Arshavir Gharamyan, the parties discussed a wide range of issues related to security and defense activities of the two Armenian states.
