A bronze statue of Albert Azaryan has been erected in Yerevan’s Komitas Park Pantheon to mark the first anniversary of the world-famous gymnast’s death.
On September 27, rescuers found Artyusha Mikayelyan’s body in the woods of Khachmach, towards the territory of Karmir Shuka. His body was partially covered in soil, with a cut on the back of his head.
