The EBRD will facilitate trade finance transactions denominated in Armenian Drams, thereby mitigating foreign exchange risks and enhancing financial predictability for businesses involved in import and export activities financed by Ameriabank.
The U.S. Embassy in Armenia tells Hetq the civil consultant will support the strengthening of Armenia's defense institutions. The consultant will work in Armenia, having regular working contacts with the embassy and the Ministry of Defense.
The aim of this assistance measure, according to the European Council, is to enhance the logistical capacities of the Armenian Armed Forces, and to contribute to improved protection of civilians in crises and emergencies.
The coupon yields on the issued AMD and USD bonds are 9.75% and 5%. The maturity of bonds is 36 months. Coupon income will be paid quarterly.
