Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan today, in Yerevan, attended the opening of a football training school named in honor of Khoren Hovhannisyan, regarded as the nation’s most outstanding football player of the past fifty years.
All sixty-two MPs who voted to remove Tovmasyan are members of Nikol Pashinyan’s Civil Contract faction. There was one abstention.
Miller avoided answering a reporter’s question whether the U.S. would host further talks between Yerevan and Baku.
