Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan left for the United States today for the next round of talks to normalize relations with Azerbaijan.
The International Red Cross today transferred fifteen Artsakh residents to Armenia for medical treatment and is scheduled to return sixteen to Artsakh from Armenia after having received such treatment.
