Members of the EU observer mission in Armenia visited the metallurgical plant in Yeraskh that came under Azerbaijani gunfire earlier today.
A plan to build a housing complex outside Yerevan for Armenians, first conceived more than a decade ago, never got off the ground due to a host of organizational and financial problems still disputed by the parties involved.
Two foreign workers were injured today when Azerbaijani troops opened fire on a metallurgical plant under construction in the village of Yeraskh in Armenia’s Ararat Province, this according to the Armenian Defense Ministry.
