Friends and relatives today gathered at the gravesite of Monte Melkonian in Yerevan’s Yerablur Military Cemetery to mark the thirtieth anniversary of his death.
The Armenian Defense Ministry reports that Azerbaijani troops, using various caliber rifles and mortars, today fired on Armenian military positions near Sotk, in the Gegharkunik Province.
