The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs has released photos of the police van attacked by a group of Azerbaijani soldiers earlier today.
The Artsakh Police Department says the officers, from the Police Passport and Visa Department, were travelling from the Artsakh capital to the village of Lisagor.
