Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardan today presided at a meeting of the country’s operation headquarters to discuss the ongoing blockade of the Lachin Corridor and its socio-economic impact on residents.
Minasyan, a lawyer by profession, had been serving as deputy justice minister.
