
Deputy Foreign Minister Tight-lipped Regarding Personnel Changes at Ministry
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan was tight-lipped as to whether he and his boss, Edward Nalbandian, would be replaced by newly appointed prime minister Karen Karapetyan.
Kocharyan told reporters today, after a government cabinet session, to wait and see.
Rumors are circulating in Yerevan that Foreign Minister Nalbandian is slated to be replaced by Vigen Sargsyan, who currently the presidential chief of staff.
Kocharyan also said that there would be no progress on resolving the Karabakh conflict since the agreements ironed out in Vienna and St. Petersburg have yet to be implemented.
