Azerbaijani Citizen Apprehended While Crossing Into Artsakh
The NKR Ministry of Defense reports that Mamedov Samiroglu, an Azerbaijani citizen, was apprehended by soldiers of the NKR Defense Army while attempting to cross the boundary into Artsakh in the northern region of Verin Chaylou.
The International Red Cross office in Stepanakert was been informed and the prisoner has been handed over to the proper NKR authorities.
