Defense Ministry: Improper Gunfire Killed Soldier

The RA Defense Ministry has issued a statement that Hayk Mkrtchyan, a conscript serving in the NKR Defense Army, was killed on September 7 by improper gunfire discharged by conscript Lendroush Nazloukhyan.

The Ministry says a criminal investigation has been launched.
