The foreign ministers of Armenia and Artsakh met today in Yerevan to discuss last night’s attempted incursion into Artsakh by Azerbaijani military forces.

RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Artsakh FM Karen Mirzoyan described yesterday’s incident as the latest in a series of Azerbaijani military provocations that reflect Baku’s continued irresponsible foreign policy.

The two also described the incident as an attempt to obstruct a negotiations meeting between the foreign minister of Armenia and Azerbaijan scheduled for this week.
