President Bako Sahakyan of the Artsakh Republic laid a wreath at the monument honouring the country’s war dead and those missing in action in Stepanakert yesterday.

Artsakh commemorates the day as a national holiday. Attending the solemn service were Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, and Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan.  Guests from Armenia and overseas were also present.
