Today at 11am, an examination of the case filed by Zaruhie and Tigran Postanjyan against RA General Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan and Shahen Tonoyan, who heads the Procurer’s Department of Public Affairs, will take place at the Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Court in Yerevan.

The Postanjyan’s are demanding that a criminal case be launched against the two officials for the premeditated violation of several Criminal Code articles.
