Reacting to yesterday’s visit by RA President Serzh Sargsyan to a frontline military unit in Artsakh and his presence at military exercises conducted by the Artsakh Defense Army, an Azerbaijan Defense Ministry spokesperson told the Trend news agency that, “The time will come and they will not be able to move in Karabakh.”

RA Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan was also present at the military exercises with the presidents of Armenia and Artsakh.
