Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte met today in Yerevan on the sidelines of the European Political Community Summit.

The two, according to Pashinyan’s office, discussed issues related to regional security, the process of Armenia-NATO cooperation and development prospects.

Pashinyan emphasized the importance of the continued deepening of the partnership, emphasizing the steps taken towards democratic reforms and capacity development in the defense sector.

The parties also touched upon efforts aimed at international and regional stability, and reaffirmed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue and cooperation based on common values ​​and mutual trust.
