Armenian, Georgian Economy Ministers Meet in Yerevan
The economy ministers of Armenia and Georgia (Gevorg Papoyan, Mariam Kvrivishvili) met in Yerevan today and discussed the priorities aimed at expanding cooperation between their two countries, emphasizing the strategic importance of economic ties and the commitment to mutually beneficial development.
“I am convinced that the existing potential of our economic cooperation has not yet been fully realized, and today's meeting is an important opportunity to combine our efforts for the benefit of our peoples,” Papoyan said during the meeting according to his office.
Issues related to the deepening of trade and economic relations, unhindered transit of cargo, as well as the development of the tourism sector were discussed.
