Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan reports that ten Armenians and one Armenian citizen of Russian nationality living in Nagorno-Karabakh have moved to Armenia.  

“10 Armenians and one Armenian citizen of Russian nationality, who are still living in the Republic of Azerbaijan (Karabakh), have applied to the relevant bodies of Azerbaijan and Armenia with a request to move to the Republic of Armenia. Based on the applications, the mentioned persons have moved to the Republic of Armenia,” Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page.
