
Russian Parliamentary Official Says Moscow Ready to Continue Cooperation with Armenia
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and visiting Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia’s Federal Assembly Valentina Matviyenko met today in Yerevan and discussed relations between their two countries, including inter-parliamentary contacts and economic and cultural ties.
Matviyenko, according to Pashinyan’s office, reaffirmed Russia’s readiness to continue cooperation with Armenia based on mutual respect and friendship.
The Federation Council is the upper house of the Russian parliament.
