
Aliyev: Regional Stability Depends on Close Moscow-Baku Ties
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, during a joint press conference today in Baku with visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin, said security and stability in the South Caucasus, in many cases, depends on close interaction between Russia and Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan State Information Agency (Azertac) quotes Aliyev as saying new conditions have emerged in the region following Azerbaijan’s recapture of Nagorno Karabakh.
