Yerevan Police Close Massage Parlors for “Sexual Services”
The Yerevan Municipality today published the following video today showing police closing four “massage parlors” in downtown Yerevan.
The video, replete with dramatic music in the background, shows law enforcement confronting employees in one such establishment, telling them they cannot provide “sexual massages” without a license from the Ministry of Health.
This rationale leads to the following question.
Can sexual massages be provided if such a license is granted?
The inspectors don’t say how they know the massages provided are “sexual” in nature.
