Armenian, Palestinian Foreign Ministers Discuss Expanding Political Relations
Armenian Foreign Affairs Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Palestine Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Mohammed Mustafa, by telephone today, discussed steps to expand political relations between the two states following Armenia’s recent recognition of the State of Palestine.
Mirzoyan stressed the decision was based on Armenia’s support of a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the need to prevent further human suffering.
Mustafa expressed his gratitude for the principled approach shown by Armenia regarding the recognition of Palestine.
