Visiting U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources Richard Verma today visited Yerevan’s Armenian Genocide Memorial and paid his respects to the victims of the 1915 Genocide.

Accompanying Verma were U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristin Kvien, Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs Sarah Morgenthaum and Special Representative for City and State Diplomacy Ambassador Nina Hachigian.

Verma is in Armenia to attend the Armenian-U.S. Local Government Forum on Democracy.
