
Yerevan: Citizens, Police Injured in Wednesday’s Clashes
Scores of citizens were injured on Wednesday when riot police fired stun grenades and other measures to prevent protesters opposed to the Armenian government’s border deal with Baku from blocking the entrances to the parliament.
Some of the injured were treated on the spot and others were taken to local hospitals.
According to the Ministry of Health, fifty-five civilians and police officers sought medical help.
