Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan will not attend tomorrow’s inauguration of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Armenian National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan broke the news to reporters today.

Pashinyan will be in Russia  on May 8 to participate in the anniversary summit marking the 10th anniversary of the Eurasian Economic Union.
