Armenian Highschoolers Win Medals at Kazakh Math, Physics Competition
Armenian high school students won two gold, five silver, and ten bronze medals in mathematics, physics, and computer science at the 20th International Zhautykov Olympiad held in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Armenia was represented by students from Yerevan’s Physics and Mathematics Specialized High School and Quantum College, and students from Gyumri's Photon Gymnasium.
Students from fifteen countries participated in the event named in honor of Kazakh mathematician Orymbek Zhautykov.
