Artsakh State Minister Accuses International Committee of Tacit Participation in Baku's Criminal Actions
Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan today criticized the international community of “being a silent participant in the unimaginable crime being perpetrated against the much-tormented people of Artsakh.”
Nersisyan, in a Stepanakert-Yerevan link-up, described the humanitarian crisis in Karabakh resulting from Baku’s ongoing blockade of the Lachin Corridor, noting that the country’s domestic resources aren’t sufficient to meet the needs of its citizens.
He said many food items and hygienic items are no longer available and electricity is only provided for a few hours daily.
Nersisyan accused Baku of violating all international humanitarian norms and pursuing a policy designed to strangle the country into submission.
