60,000 Sign Petition to Stop Azerbaijan's Ethnic Cleansing Policy in Artsakh
Sixty thousand Artsakh residents have reportedly signed a petition calling for an end to Azerbaijan’s policy of ethnic cleansing.
The group that organized the petition drive says the paper version of the petition has been delivered to the embassies of the USA, France and Russia in Armenia, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group countries, the UN office in Armenia and the Armenian government.
"My relatives who are in Artsakh are fine. They don't complain and haven't despaired and are ready to fight. I am ready to return to Artsakh at any moment, only if the way opens," said Artsakh resident Arnold Ghazaryan who studies in Armenia and signed the petition.
The organizers stress that the collection of signatures will continue offline as well as online.
