Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, by telephone today, discussed issues related to the humanitarian crisis caused by Azerbaijan's illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor.
The two, according to Pashinyan’s office, exchanged views on normalizing Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and the unblocking of communication channels in the region.
Blinken reiterated his call for the immediate reopening of the Lachine Corridor and emphasized the U.S. is ready to continue supporting the Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization process.
