Armenian Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan, during a meeting today in Moscow with her Russian and Azerbaijani counterparts, accused Baku of violating the November 9, 2020 Karabakh ceasefire because it still hasn’t returned all Armenian POWs.

“This behavior of Azerbaijan in no way contributes to the realization of the goals of the tripartite declaration," Vardapetyan said at the meeting organized by Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov.

Vardapetyan thanked Krasnov for setting up the meeting and said she hoped it would facilitate the full implementation of the humanitarian points stated in the November 9, 2020 statement signed by the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
