Armenia to Subsidize Teachers Willing to Work in Border Communities

To fill the 220 teacher vacancies in public schools in Armenia’s border and mountainous communities, the country’s Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports today announced it will partially compensate accredited teachers who wish to work in these schools for their transportation, moving and utility expenses.

The ministry has established an online application system for teachers seeking such employment.
